Introduction to Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a simple method to help the body regain or maintain flexibility, balance, and aerobic conditioning.
We will begin a new “Introduction to Tai Chi” weekly beginning Wednesday April 11 @ 10AM for 12 weeks ending June 20, 2023.
Our focus this session will be on learning The First 17 Moves, the Introduction and Demonstration set of Tai Chi.
