Introduction to Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a simple method to help the body regain or maintain flexibility, balance, and aerobic conditioning.
We will begin a new “Introduction to Tai Chi” beginning Wednesday, April 12 for 12 weeks ending June 20, 2023.
Our focus this session will be on learning The First 17 Moves, the Introduction and Demonstration set of Tai Chi. We are considering adding meditation at the end of each session.
